Jeff was a founding member of St. Elmos Fire and was' also in Vamp le Stat from 1993- 1995 during the "Bloodline" era XXX will re-release his 1995 solo CD "Ride" and "RockHard and "Rockhard 2" albums of material from 1986- 1996 covering his years in St. Elmos ( including tracks taken from "Powerdrive", "Warning From The Sky" and SEF's debut album) as well as other bands he was associated during that time. We are also excited to announce the release of 2 CD's of brand new material, "Spaced" and "Dirty Job". Currently Jeff and Elmo drummer Kris Gustofson are working on a new St. Elmos Fire record. The first is a re-release of the hugely popular "Bloodline" album. It includes bonus tracks as well as many photos not on the original record. XXX is also releasing it's follow up, "Bloodline 2: Thrill of the Kill". This CD was written and recorded by the original group in 1994 shortly after the original Bloodline came out. It has been unheard by anyone outside of the band until now! This is a must have for any Vamp fan or anyone in love with big gang vocals, big guitar riffs and massive drums!! Lastly is an album that is sure to be a collectors item. Just before the original VLS broke up they performed a concert of all new material, intending on going in the studio to record it later. St. Elmo's Fire XXX Records America will be issuing 5 albums from California psycho rockers St. Elmos Fire. These ultra rare tracks were all recorded between 1979- and 1984, the beginning years of the band. Four of these albums are compiled from the St. Elmos Fire archives and contain studio tracks, live performances, demos, and radio interviews . These releases showcase the bands incredible versatility and energy. Also various versions of their 1982 hit single "Really in Love" are including. Many of these'tracks were never heard before! The packaging also has photos, articles and other materials from that time. Also XXX is releasing a rare concert St. Elmos Fire performed over the radio in 1982. These are limited editions releases. Keester This power pop trash band was formed in 1997 out of the ashes of the original Vamp Le Stat. KEESTER features former Vamp le Stat drummer Bret Blackburn on vocals and original Vamp guitarist Jeff Jones. They both wrote the album as well. This CD was actually recorded between 1997 and 1998 and although several tracks have appeared on various compilations, this is the first time the entire album has been heard in it's entirety. JJ Jonasson The name of JJ Jonasson may be a new name on the music scene but JJ is certainly no stranger to recording or composing. He has a familiarity to his voice and playing that you might even recognize. XXX Records America is releasing 4 of Jonasson's albums " Lonely World", "Sinnin' on Saturday Night", "Last Night in Memphis", 'Shelter Me', 'Caifornia', 'You Ain't Hurt Nothin' Yet' and " No Better Time", all in the country singer songwriter style that influenced this California boy so much.
