Although this is an "old" book, I just had to order it because there are so many recipes in the book that I know and love since my mother has used the cookbook for years. There's things like buttermilk pancakes, Firehouse Chowder, and so much more. I hunted down this book and ordered it so I can have my own copy rather than trying to hand-copy the plethora of recipes in Mom's copy ranging from "good" to "very good" to "excellent." A book that will provide many meals and desserts for years to come!
